Rémi Jobard works on the family estate of 8 hectares, and made his first vintage in 1991. The management of the vines is in organic farming, with manual harvesting. The wines are bottled after 18 months, without filtration.
The vineyards of Meursault, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, lay on an exceptional terroir between calcareous and marl soils. White Meursault has a pale gold color with greenish tones. The nose is of great delicacy, as well as a complexity (many and varied flavors, changing depending on the climate). In the mouth, the white Meursault has a rare density, a fine and deep structure. This is a very harmonious wine, whose balances are perfect (fat / acidity, floral and mineral aromas).
